It is very simple to make an appointment. All you have to do is call 608-723-7230 during our normal business hours and our staff will be happy to assist you in setting up an appointment. During non-business hours, please leave a detailed message including a phone number where we can reach you and your call will be returned in the morning of the next business day.

Yes, we sell a variety of products. We carry a complete line of Matrix, Biolage, Aquage, OPI, American Crew. Parts of Kenra , Joico, Nioxin, Big Sexy, Paul Mitchell, Sebastian, Macademia,

Do you sell any other products?
Yes, we also sell makeup products from TIGI. We also have a variety of jewelry, purses, scarves, and many other accessories to complete your look.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover Card.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards in any amounts. Just stop in or call and we will be happy to assist you.
How much notice should I give if I cannot make an appointment?
We would appreciate 24-hour notice for an appointment cancellation. However, we realize that “life happens,” so please call us at 608-723-7230 with your cancellations right away, even it is less than 24-hours prior to your appointment time. If you are calling during non-business hours, please leave a detailed message on our voice mail.
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in. If you want to change your hairstyle or our would like to look through one of our many hair idea books, please arrive early to do so.
Do you accept walk-in clients?
Yes, we accept walk-in clients. In the event that we cannot immediately accommodate you, we will set up a time that is mutually acceptable for you and your stylist. If you have a specific day and time or stylist that you prefer, we encourage you make your appointment in advance. We encourage our clients to pre-book their next appointments during the check-out process.
I really saw a hairstyle on TV / a movie / a magazine that I really like. What should I do?
Feel free to bring in your magazine, DVD, or a picture on your phone. We are able to view all these types of media in our salon. We are happy to consult with you regarding your desired hair style.
I am coming in for my first color / chemical service. What should I do to prepare?
Wear comfortable clothing. We prefer that you don’t wear turtlenecks or high collared shirts as it makes it easier for us to don the protective capes. You do not have to wash your hair immediately prior to your appointment.
Is is customary to leave a gratuity (tip)?
Gratuity is not mandatory; however, it is always appreciated.
What if I am unhappy with the results of my service?
Please return within one week and we will be happy to fix it.
Will you cut my hair for donation?
Yes, we participate with Wigs for Kids. Wigs for Kids has been providing Hair Replacement Systems and support for children who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy, radiation therapy, Alopecia, Trichotillomania, burns and other medical issues at no cost to children or their families.
